Low and medium carbon wire rods are produced as per international standards. Each coil weighs about 1700kgs. These coils are being used in our Al-Faisal Steel (Down-Stream Industry) for straight & cut applications, cold drawing, Epoxy coating and producing wiremesh. The wire-rod coils are also being sold to other customers.

Supermacy Of Quenched Steel Rebars

A special technology called the Bar Quenching Process. Through this process the bars, after hot rolling, are rapidly cooled by water before normal air-cooling. The cooling lasts for a very short duration and affects a thin layer of the rebar surface to induce certain micro-structural changes that give the ISPC Quenched Steel Rebars their superior properties and special characteristics.
